Russ Goode is a full time Realtor and creative financing expert with Realty Network Hawaii in Honolulu. He
specializes in meeting the real estate needs of buyers, sellers and small investors. His wide ranging practical real estate
experience includes consistently high annual real estate sales; trainer of many full and part-time agents; tax-deferred exchange specialist;"paper" authority (seller financing: purchase money mortgages and agreements of sale); consultant to several real estate investors
and expert witness for real estate mediation and arbitration cases.
