The 2011 - 2012 mandatory continuing education core course is being developed by Pacific Real Estate Institute. Deadline for the completed course is mid-February 2012, and available late February or by March 2012. The course will be available in a live classroom and online format through 2012, and through May 31, 2013. However, the live classroom version of the 2011-2012 will cease to be available January 1, 2013.

The core course will include the 2011 legislative update, and the topic of "Property Management". The 2012 legislative update will be developed and be available via the Real Estate Commission's quarterly Bulletin, after mid-July 2012. We will notify you as soon as we are informed.
