2009 Continuing Education Courses at Old Republic Title
& Escrow, Kapolei, Hawaii
ISSUANCE AND REISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES:
Upon successful completion of each continuing education course, RG will issue each licensee
a numbered certificate of course completion and notify the REC of the licensee's course completion. If a successful student
loses a certificate and requires a replacement for the REC as proof completion of the course, RGS will issue a duplicate certificate
upon request for a fee of $20 per certificate.

Picture ID and a current real estate pocket card or notification of license status from the Real Estate Commission (REC) will be required
at class check in. Statement of policy on refund, cancellation and issuance of certificates and terms of attendance: Russ
Goode Seminars reserves the right to cancel a course for lack of sufficient enrollment one week prior to the scheduled course date.
If the course is canceled, all tuition will be refunded. There is a $25 service fee for returned checks.
